Nope, fully guaranteed.

Ags made best hire they could have. No bigger name was available or one that is believed to leave current situation. It's a lot of money but in reality no matter what they would easily be spending $5-6mil a year so after 10 years it was really a $10-$20mil gamble which is nothing in college football. I hope it works out for them and they go 11-1 every year and that LSU is their loss

That's the good scenario, if he stays and everybody's happy for 8-10 years than it was a great hire. If the ags are ready for a switch in 5 - 6 years, which is not out of the ordinary, it would cost in the neighborhood of 30-37.5m just to get rid of him.

Based on what has been reported at this time.

The only thing making me nervous is the inept offense Texas is fielding, its self depreciation.
