    Cajun brisket brine?

Does anyone have a good brisket brine recipe?

I have never seen a need for one on a brisket.

Are you making corned beef? If so, not acceptable!

                Try Claude’s brisket marinade

we will marinate ours for about a day before we start to cook it, I don't know if this counts as 'brining', but we do have salt and some sugar in there somewhere.
                  it always turns out good!

Stubbs also has a good beef marinade. We would marinade a full day. Always came out great.

Neither have I but I buy quality cuts (means I pay too much sometimes) - I guess if you are going to buy the cheapest choice cut ever there may be a need.

A brisket is supposed to be the cheapest cut ever. It's junk meat.
