Value of cabins

Question for the green screen. I have two finished out cedar cabins on our ranch. What would you give around about price as is just on cabins. Roughly 500 sq ft each.

Don’t have a clue, but for fun, I’m going to say $30K - $40K range. That’s around $70/sqft

What would I give..... $5000 each. What are they worth..... Ballpark $15k-$20k each. Got to figure in moving cost on top of that.

Be a great addition to any property and rent out as wknd retreats.

Man, looks nice on inside, but I would think value would be closer to 12-15K. Some of the value depends on width, construction and cost to move.

Like I said, don’t have a clue lol. Fun guess! They would probably actually go for that in my neck of the woods.

They would! Tiny homes around here are crazy expensive! Someone would pay $40k and put their family of 5 inside.

Selling the place and figuring value? Great looking cabins.

Building one very similar now connected to my barn as a man cave and then another at the property. Really like the layout!
