I took the shot with a sony dsc2 point and shoot. I took too many shots to count until i got the perfect shot. What should my shutter speed be when shooting lightning? Thanks for the advice and kind words

as high as you can possibly get your f-stop (shutter speed) most of the pictures ive posted on this site has been taken w/ a nikon d80. granted there's a huge price difference between the 2 cameras you can talk SLR quality pictures w/ a point n shoot you just have to get your settings right.
