Customer Service gave the options of :
A) -shipping the slightly damaged jack back to them with the return label they'd send.
or
B) -return it to a HF store to get an exchange.
These jacks only have a 90 day warranty according to the owners manual.
I'm thinking about just keeping it and replacing the broken zerk myself, since it appears to be mainly cosmetic damage that occurred during shipping.
