      Inchworm plank walkouts SS clapping plyo push-ups.
      DB row kick backs SS pull-ups.
      DB fielders curls SS rotational DB shoulder press.
      3 sets each.
      Threw in a set each of tubing face pulls and tubing pull aparts.
      Finished with some much needed stretching.

        Looks like a good time there! Very similar to some of the 10x10 program I was doing for awhile. I’ll give it a try and add 5 to the inverted rows. That oughta burn some calories.

              5 AM torture session. Couldn't do the ball push-ups. Inside elbow joints were on fire. Used perfect pushup tools instead.

                I'm still in it. I am at the point now if I do not work out it looms over me. Kinda weird as I never was a work out kind of person. Guilt.

                I'm old school in my workouts. I do them 5 times a week, Monday thru Friday. I DO CARDIO EVERY DAY. My cardio is about 30 minutes usually the elliptical and 15-20 minutes of light weights.

                Monday, Wednesday and Friday are all upper body. Tuesday and Thursday are legs. I started at 287 and now at 249. I am not in it to build mass on the weights just get some strength and tone.

                Carbs are killers but I did not eliminate them completely. I have done the no carb diets and lost a bunch of weight. Realistically I and most people can't hold out forever without carbs, imo. I love beer and I have cut back. I do enjoy ice cream every now and then but have cut way back on the sweets. I never was a cola drinker.

                A1C is the best it has ever been and my HBP is finally manageable. I work out best by myself. If you can't do that get with someone who motivates you and pushes you. I like the time to think and this works out well for me when working out. Do not weigh yourself all the time. You will vary and weighing can be a crusher.

                Be patient. You will have good days and days you just don't want to do anything but know it is in your best interest. Stay after it and best of luck.

                      Hammer curl

                                Was out Thursday through Sunday in Miami for a bachelor party and lost way to much money, pride, and dignity to that city

                                Also that place is a crap hole and full of arseholes...


                                Anyways was back at it Monday with chest, Tuesday was Bi’s and tri’s, this Am was back with a half mile of cardio. That’s the first bit of cardio in over a month for me and dang I’m outta shape...

                                Tomorrow is Shoulders and core

                                Friday is legs and death
