Legendary Express Needed

We need some help. There’s a dog in Corpus Christi that’s been offered to us for free. Winter is right around the corner and I’m unable to make the trip or pay to fly the dog up here to the upper peninsula of Michigan. We just moved up here and we’re knee deep in remodeling and cutting firewood. If there’s any way that someone can help us get him to Michigan we’d appreciate it. He’s a 1 year old lab and he will have a crate. I’m open to any creative solutions.

I’ve got 2.5 acres surrounded by National Forest on the banks of a designated “wild and scenic” river. I’d love to have some company. I know a good houndsman for bear hunting here.

I moved out of the mountains to the Upper Peninsula for the water, better hunting and fewer crowds. The stolen valor creep was still on the force with a new sheriff in charge when I left. They deserve each other. I’m just a dumb red neck veteran in the woods trying to get a dog but I’m glad to be here in the great white north. If you’re ever in the area, let me know.

There are dog transportation services out there. They pick up 8ish dogs in the south and move them north.
Maybe 700.00 per dog.

I’m betting on it. Fur is easier to trap when there’s snow on the ground and I’ll be getting about 25 feet of it every winter! I enjoy staying home with a raging fire and a few projects in the shop
