                I always gut on the ground. If I'm going to skin it I hang by the next cut a little skin and pull it all off with a 4 wheeler or something. If I'm not skinning then I hang by the back legs.. I hear everyone saying they drain better with head down but it seems like it would drain way worse to me but I don't know. Do processors charge less if it's quartered?
