    DIY Polaris Ranger "Lock-N-Ride"

I've been looking for a way to make use of the holes along the bed rail.

I also wanted something to help secure items in the bed from shifting.

I started researching and found this idea on another forum.

I know there are a few places that sell something similar to these but all I could find were the ones made for Razors not Rangers, that or they were really expensive or useless for what I wanted.

I figure I've got $4-$5 into each peg.

    Materials:
1 inch Schedule 40 PVC cut to 3.25in
    6in long 3/8in eye-bolt
Rubber plug from Home Depot (needs to be shaved to size with file)
2 washers (cant remember the sizes but you can get codes from my picture)
1 cinch nut with teeth (not sure of real name) (shave teeth)

This may be a stupid question but how do you tighten them down?

The rubber plug fits snug in the hole, when you turn the eyebolt it pulls the rubber plug in making it "swell" inside the hole and it gets tighter and tighter. it can be pulled out but not by mortal man.

You got it, just spin the eye bolt.
