It is necessary to fill out a 5320.20 for an SBR if you are moving it permanently within the state of Texas? I have read where some people say yes and some say no. I figured someone on here might have some insight.

I'm an 01 so this really isn't my gig, but I don't think that is the correct form# if I read your OP correctly & you are moving from residency point A to B...I think you simply need a 'change of address' form for all you class iii items??Comment

I was told no. By the attorney that did my trust. Cole Bryan. No forms necessary unless moving out of stare. Sean should chime in on this shortly.Comment
