Age on Llano deer

His antlers aren’t my concern. I just wanted to get y’alls take on his age. I saw him last year post rut. Antlers didn’t jump much at all. He acted like a more mature deer last year but I figured he was between 3 1/2- 4 1/2. The first 4 pics are from this year, the last one is from last year post rut. Keep in mind our deer are relatively small in body size. He is on the bigger scale for what we normally see as far as weight goes(pic 3 and 4 for reference to other deer)Just curious if he makes 5 1/2 or not. The brisket is what has be thinking he may. Yep unfortunately. I let him walk last year thinking he may get bigger. If he hangs around I may take him with my bow as I’ve never shot a buck with it. At least it would be a moral trophy and meat in the fridge.

Lol no kidding, thanks man. I was there Sunday night/Monday morning and planned on hunting. That storm was brutal. Our place got 5inches in less that a few hours.

Based on the pictures with the 2 deer I would go with the small buck being 2.5 and the larger buck 3.5. Let em grow and hit the play button on the electronic call. 😉
