No Z but I was wondering if you sear both sides in the middle then move the steaks up around the lip, let them slow cook, while you make home fries in the center if that would work.?

Fair prices there thanks for posting I have been looking for awhile. Do you guys cook on a standard turkey fryer set up with decent results?

Tripas, in Mexican cuisine are the small intestines of farm animals that have been cleaned, boiled and grilled.[1] Tripas are used as filling for tacos, then dressed with condiments such as cilantro, chopped onions, and chile sauce. They are also served with Pico De Gallo and Guacamole.

                            Interesting meal

                              Love me some tripas!

here's what I cook when I take it hunting:

                              Deer steak fajitas:

deer steaks cut into strips - seasoned
                              1 onion
                              2 bell peppers
                              1 jalapeno
add a little oil or lard and toss in the the veggies for about a min, then add the meat right on top. saute them all together and by the time the veggies are soft, the meat is done. heat tortillas around the edge.

                              Burgers:

make patties, cook in the center (griddle style)
add a little water and make a foil tent for em to help em cook if they're super thick, or use a wok lid. toss on some cheese and warm buns around the edge.

                              breakfast.

                              dice up bacon & fry
pull aside & throw on some pan sausage.
drain some grease and toss in a bunch of eggs & mix it all together

                              Here's breakfast:

                              wok lid:

ain't no thing but a chicken wing

With a lid, you can do popcorn also.
