                    I'll go against the grain with a few kick'n chicken boneless thighs. Ended up having to work today so had to whip up something simple and stay patriotic with burning some meat

                        100% mesquite smoked. I used Chupacabra seasoning, my favorite season salt, and good sh*t fornthe first couple hours. I added head country BBQ sauce mixed wth brown sugar and brushed it twice during the last two hours to help create a bark. Did not wrap them. Turned out great.
