Best area of Texas to find a lease with exotics

Looks like we may lose our lease at the end of this season. Got me thinking of where to hunt next in this great state. Never been on a lease with exotics and thought it might be fun (as long as the whitetail hunting is still good). Can a guy get a good lease for $3k-$4k a year with exotics and whitetail? If so where?

Kerr county for axis. I'm right outside of Kerrville and see a herd of Axis every day

Hunter said we should just put all that money into bow fishing with you.

                      This is true^^^^^
Axis are all over the Kerrville/Gillespie area. They get hit by vehicles all over Junction Hwy there are that many.
There are a few small parcels on 479 that are for sale. Get your lease $ back by buying the property.

Not 100% sure we are but. It sold a few weeks ago. I would rather plan ahead then be stuck with out. Been there to many times.
