Don’t list the cabins as different value !!
Just raise price per acre to justify their value
You don’t want to deal with sellers disclosure or any other hassles involved in habitations on the property

I bought a 12x24 Tuff Shed and had it built on my property. Paid around 6-7k for it. Dang near spent 5-6k on finishing it out I’d value mine at 13-14k. Yours...20k. I valued mine at 20k for insurance reasons due to my labor.
