FYI, someone said "This lease is a joke. Old man will try to lease you this property that he doesn't even own for $3300 at 7 guns for 700 acres.... it's only 520 and you can't hunt 1/3 of it. Plus he sells axis hunt in the summer months. Rip off crook. Don't waste your time."

I figured it out. I registered but never got the confirmation email from TPWD. Finally got it and was able to contact the owner.

Depends. Some hunting clubs do really well on harvesting mature deer only and manage their place. Some throw 30 guys on 1,000 acres and shoot anything. Traditional lease is gonna be more expensive usually but you get more room, less people. Hunting club is usually gonna have more people. We'll see about this place in Harrison.
