Howdy neighbor! I'm not far from you. Been here 25 yrs. I'm on Sandy Creek. Between Dixie & Sandusky. Pigs been in my area since about 2001.
Had some good deer on cam over the years. Lots of turkey too.

I'm considering selling and moving to OK. If ya have any buddies looking for a small place, give me a shout.

We tried buying a place on Dixie few yrs back but already had a contract on it, lot's of deer and timber. Worked out better for us in the long run. You shouldn't have any problem selling when you're ready !!

I was actually a bit worried about the trailer on the property next to it and did see that folks that had contract on it before us ended up putting no trespassing signs all over which confirms my concern with that particular neighbor....

Close tomorrow at 2PM! Pretty excited to say the least.

Mulchers starts next week and should have fence in 2 weeks. Then building and plots.

I will keep you posted. Anyone want to trade a CC boat with no titles in exchange for anything ranch related lol?

Its this boat. Runs good, alarm will go off if you run full throttle for long period. Will run all day at 30-38 mph. I think impeller is week. Its a lot cleaner now. I hot water chemical power washed it. I will get some new pics this weekend.

I will take 1500 for the boat as is no titles. You might have better luck contacting smithnwessen and see if will get you the titles. But don't count on it.

or trade for implements, fence work, protein feeders, ect.
