Nice that might work but if its an odor type repellent then I imagine it wont be to good for a bow blind and chase off deer.

Why repel them, when you can eliminate them?

I had considered this method but my concern was having a couple dead rats in my blind which would then in turn potentially attract bigger issues (birds, coons, snakes, etc.).

I do know that there will be a bumper crop of pack rats again this year!

That's like trying to repel a coon that will eat anything!

                  Good Luck!

Okay I see it now. Thought it was one snake, either way those are some bigguns.

my wife was worried about it crawling in. ed with us. I asked her whether she wanted to take the odd chance of sleeping with a snake or a rat. She chose the snake. I said good, because at least they don't eat our food and chew up our wires and hoses!!!

The guys at our place swear by cinnamon. They sprinkle that crap all over everything. Seems to work though. I guess the idea is mice and rats cant breath when they get in the area.

Mouse/Rat bait is the answer....keep it out, you will get them under control...just remember where there are mice and rats there are snakes!
