What kind of beans in your chili?

I like to dump a can of Ranch Style beans with jalapeños in mine. I'm a 5th generation Texan and there's always beans in the chili.

I use pinto and black beans as both have really good flavor!

This is what my wife does. She's even been known to throw some refried beans in it too. I don't argue.

Chili at my house can just about be eaten with a fork with no beans. Dang sure aint runny like spaghetti sauce

Now, you can put them in there if you want, but that is the Midwest yankee version.

Any chili with beans is DQd at the Terlingua Chili Cookoff.

I'm going to stir the pot.

I cube up potato's in mine along with kidney beans chili beans and stewed tomato's.

Also putting coconut flakes in with your chili is really good.

I'm still trying to figure out how one can remove beans from chili and it be spaghetti sauce Last I checked there wasn't chili powder in spaghetti sauce.
