    Coyote Bounty

    Does anyone know if there is a bounty on coyote in the hill country around the burnet or llano area or any surrounding areas and how and where do i turn one in??

    Haven't heard of anyone paying a bounty in years.

      Llano county and gillespie county both have bounties. Gillespie pays $25, Llano has two seperate bounties. The Cattle raisers association pays good money, but only if you or the landowner where it was killed is a member of the association. The county pays their bounties either out of the county clerks office or the tax office.

          Lee co still has a bounty; $20 for a set of ears.
          You go to the county office and sign a document saying that you took it in Lee co.

            I don't think the county pays bounty anymore but my landowner pays us 200 for each one. You may want to check with surounding ranches especeilly the ones that belong to the goat and sheep farmers assc.

                          The feed stores in those counties should know if there is a bounty or not.....might check there. Good luck!

                              Which County office in Lee County for coyote bounties? County Clerk/?County Tax office? County Agent?
