I get 3 weeks per year paid. All the unpaid I want. Another 2 years and I’ll get 5 weeks per year.

We also get a week off for spring break and thanksgiving and 3 weeks off for Christmas.

4 weeks here . If I plan it right with my 7 off i can have 14 days off 4 times a year

I have 3 weeks right now, but my work is in 3-day trips. If my vacation touches any day of one of the trips, the whole 3-day gets pulled. If the vacation weeks and my bidding seniority fall just right, I can sometimes leverage 18 days off with a single weeks vacation.
I only get paid a weeks pay for all that time off, so that doesn’t mean I can actually afford to be off that much.
We top out at 5 weeks vacation.
