We also get a week off for spring break and thanksgiving and 3 weeks off for Christmas.

4 weeks of vacation and 4 personal days. In 2019 I'll get bumped up to 5 weeks of vacation for hitting 15 years with the company.

Per my employment agreement I get 4. But I take as much as I want. Took over 7 weeks in 2016 and will take about 5 this year. As long as I get my s@%t done, boss don't care where I'm at.

It also helps when you're number 2 in the company.

Technically I get zero vacation days...but I only work 26 weeks out of the year.

Prior to this assignment I got 4 weeks a year, in addition to having every other Friday off, 9/80 schedule.
