I do it. Nice ones...not "ranch jeans."

If not I would never go. Don't have a suit.

What do you think the person that died would expect. That’s all that matters. Don’t worry about what everyone else thinks.

            That’s really not an answer.

I don't want to share too much, but when it comes to pants at my own funeral....you might not wanna open that bottom half of the casket.

Okay, I do it on a regular basis. After 50 you go to at least a couple a year.

You don't attend funerals with the primary concern of dress code as a priority...if I don't think I'm welcome anywhere in denim, not very likely I'll attend these days.

I've never not worn jeans to a funeral. Nobody ever said anything about it if I wasn't supposed to. Because.....well....because there's a dead person there and they're probably just as freaked out and sad about it as I was so I didn't realize what they were wearing either.

I've literally never in my life went to a funeral and thought "My God look at those starched jeans that guy has on. That's ridiculous!" Maybe if some dude was dressed like Santa Clause or had a dress and a wig on I'd pick him out of the crowd and laugh but other than that....can't say I've ever paid nobody much attention at a funeral.

You won't be the only one there wearing jeans.

Starched jeans, boots and a blazer is a Texas suit.

Jeans and a denim shirt at my brothers funeral. That's what he was buried in. He also wore suspenders which he was buried in.
