                my son shot his first two deer with that bullet out of a savage 223. both were behind shoulder for double lung shots. both der ran no more than 30 yards. second deer was a four year old buck.

                  He is 9 and got the gun last Christmas. We shot a little through the year and ramped it up the last month plus. I finally got him a Caldwell Deadshot fieldpod, and it worked great
