It is a shooting clinic where he teaches you very important aspect of a good shot (mainly back tension and shot sequence) and gives you tools to help you improve your shot after finish the clinic.

To some degree. This is a clinic with 10-12 attendees. He gives info to all and then when you actually shoot he gives some individual instruction to each shooter. But, it is in no way an individual shooting lesson.

I've been once and I'll say anyone who wants to improve their shot sequence should attend. The homework is the hardest part.

Definitely worth the money, and be prepared to buy some new/longer shafts after you're done.
