Gunsmith cost reasonable?

I've got a Remington 700 CDL in 7mm/08 that hasn't grouped like I wanted it to. Well, I took my Dremel tool to the barrel channel to remove the pressure point and some of the channel itself to free float the barrel. That helped to some degree, but I want to go ahead and have it bedded and pillared. A local gunsmith quoted me $160. Is that a reasonable cost? Thanks!

For pillars and bedding the action this is a really good price decent price for just pillars it is a good price still
