Vortex or Leupold?

looking at getting a new scope what do y'all prefer? Vortex or Leupold?

if you are comparing their premium offerings, I would choose Leopold. For their mid-tier stuff, its honestly a wash IMO.

Leupold, My vortex is nice but doesn't compare to my Leupold.

The VX-5HD are hard to beat if you ask me. Their vx6 line is also very nice. Here lately Id go Leupold.

A crossfire to a rifleman or a razor to a mark 6?

I have a couple mid range vortex scopes and are extremely pleased with them. Seems there is more bang for your buck with Vortex. if money is no object then most places that sell scopes will let you look through them. So you can compare.

I have a Vortex Viper 4-16x50 and a Leupold VX3i 6.5-20x50 and have zero complaints on either one of mine.
Even while looking through the lower end Leupold models, they impressed me with the clarity.

Vortex. They have a lifetime no questions asked warranty. It could burn up in a house fire and they will replace it

Leupold has the gold ring warranty. And I've had vortex vipers brand new not work right out of the box but every Leupold I've treated like crap and works great
