Too close to call for me. I would let him walk.

He looks kinda iffy to me. I let an 8 pt walk on COE land last week. Tips of his ears lined up perfect with the center of his main beams. Warden out here don't cut no slack. Been rumored he'd write his momma a ticket for fishing with a bent crappie hook. Good lawmen keep good men from being outlaws.

No problem! I know San Angelo State Park and Twin Buttes both allow baiting as well. It should say in the handbook on the maps which ones do and dont allow it.

Thats what i was thinking. The only reason this is a problem is because my hit lister got hit by a car 2 days ago.

Don't think he will make 13". If he does it wont be by much...

I don't know about spread, but that buck is a solid four year old.

I think he is legal, I would kill him and not think twice. I have measured several set of ears in the alert position and none were close to 13" they were all well over 14"

I doubt he'll make 13, and if there is any doubt at all, shouldn't even be a question

Looks very close, within 1/2 inch either way. Too close to say yes for me

I'm going with nope. 12.5-12.75" is my guess.
