I think those tahr are one of the most beautiful critters on earth! Yours looks awesome! Congrats!

I went over there a few years ago with my longbow trying to kill a stag. Got real close once, but ended up shooting mine on the last day with a rifle I borrowed from the outfitter.

What another gorgeous day! We did an insane stalk on some Stags. I would guess a mile up a and across a ridge. This was the toughest one so far. We got within 120 yards of 7 bedded bulls. The biggest was about 270". It was a tough call but I passed. They were free range and I ask if I made a bad call. I really want to break 300".

It was so cool to lay in the brush and grass for 2 hours glassing these guys . We intentionally got them up to see if maybe we overlooked one.

I'm beat...off to bed. Tomorrow is another day.
