Kieth, This will happen. It is at the processor now. I am anxious to check it out. I still get the shakes every time I talk about it. It was such an awesome hunt. All of the talk about being charged after the shot and all, I was pumped and still am. Thank you all for all of the congrats. They are telling me to expect between 800 and 1000lbs. of meat. Dawn got a Pierre David cow the same weekend so we are expecting 200 to 250lbs. out of that one. Thinking about kicking one of the kids out and making a walk in freezer, LOL. -
