If I keep it there's a OM617 slated for it, it was more of a comment that I don't drive the diesel, unless need to pull something.

My 2004 5.9 is a bone stock 6 speed old man special. I’m at 192k and she’s paid for herself many times.

I'm not towing a trailer. Do I have TBH's approval to own this?

You said diesel, right? Well it is not a truck, but it is the wife's new ride. A 2018 Jaguar F-Pace with a 4 banger diesel. Just took it on its first road trip, the computer in the car says we averaged 35.5mpg. I will actually check it the old fashion way next time to see what it is actually doing but I think that is going to be really close. I would post up my '15 chevy, but who wants to see another duramax that pulls a 5th wheel, boat, and numerous trailers not to mention gets around 20mpg ( unloaded ) on the highway

She quit on me Friday. She is now on her way for new injectors and to get bulletproofed.

What surprises me is that there are "2" 6.0 Fords diesels listed or showed that have high mileage and still running! A total shock!
You could not give me one of those if I had to maintain it for more than 1 day. Been there done that!

Lots of nice looking rigs guys, all of them! I am jealous of those 6.0's!

OOPS! Saw mine like that way too many times to the tune of $12,000!

Cool, I was curious if you had a 4bt in it or something.

I know I’m the odd one out but I love my 6.0. Has never (knock on wood) left me stranded. Plenty of power for what I need and still simple enough for me to work on.

                        Oh and no payment!

No, you aren't I use mine when towing campers, pontoon boat, etc. And other than that, they're in the normal position. And yes, I've been asked why as well by a fellow Ram owner...he didn't like my answer about not looking like a freaking moron while not towing anything
