Said doctor has "deemed Max stabilized. Last night, they took him off the blood pressure medication". Has a consistent BP of 120/70, with resting heart rate of 60-70 beats per minute. Also, doctor has deemed infection to be under control! Kidney and liver functions back to normal and appetite has returned, indicating digestive tract is healthy.

Recovery from the infection is still expected to take another one to two weeks, depending on how well Max can take in nutrients and rest.

Once he gets it under “control” to not discount any low grade fever which persists. Get back in to see the Doc for another round of whatever it takes. Glad to hear he is so much better.

Additional note:

Max will need to keep feet elevated to help drain swelling and get proper nutrition while antibiotics go to work to wipe out the infection.

Been away for a bit so just checked in to get an update on Max... PRAISE THE LORD!!!

Lord, thank You for this healing. I ask You Lord, watch over the family as they travel to Max's side. Keep them all safe and healthy until they all return safely home. Give Max the strength to continue to grow strong and complete his recovery.
