It's worth a drive to Canyon Road in Breckenridge. Or rusty spur in seymour.

Back in the early 2000s there was The Last Straw in Seymour as well. It served up a dang good steak as well. Wish it was still around.

Is the Wildcatter still open near Graham? The cook was from Knox Co. Ive never been there but heard good things.

I know it went up for sale a year or two ago. Not sure if it’s still open.

Had this a few years ago and it was excellent. May have to make another trip.

I have no idea what a BFE steakhouse is, but 45 years ago we used to trek to Pander and enjoy the Ranchman's Cafe. I believe it is still open.

Five D Steakhouse in Avinger is mighty good.

BFE is an acronym for an inappropriate term meaning the middle of nowhere.

Adobe Deli in Deming, NM. Has some great French Onion soup to go with their steaks.

Not really in BFE anymore, but Cagle’s west of Lubbock is a pretty good ribeye
