The doc's did South Padre!

Fished with Ernest again on Wednesday. Spent the day in South Bay because my brother wanted a snook. He caught a small one early on a pink skitterwalk(my recommendation). Then later he hooked a good one! Probably 28-30 inches. I was wading over to help him land it and Ernest headed over for pics. On the last jump the snook cut him off! It was awesome to see that fish but heart breaking! I didn't take many pics because of scattered storms bso I left my phone in the boat. Little doc did catch a trout the length of her arm when we were fishing together. I'm guessing 24-25 inches. I was not happy I didn't get a pic but we let her go for another day!

We spent Thursday at schlitterbaun with my brother and nieces. Lots of lazy river and frozen drinks!

Where you from doc?

I was born in Virginia when my dad was working at the pentagon. We moved back to the north side of San Antonio when I was in third grade and I graduated from high school there. Then I went to ATM for undergrad and med school. Residency at Texas Tech.

Spent Friday sight casting and fly fishing with Eric Glass. Can't thank him enough for the hard work and patience.









Even caught a few drum on the fly!
