That scary hurt way bad when I did it.
I was soaping up a semi trailer rim to put a new tire on it.
Didn't have any going on.
I didn't see sliver of metal until after I sliced my finger on it. The guys I was with were like OMG you're bleeding. I was like yep! I can feel my heart beat in it. It burns like crazy cause of the dirt, tire soap and sweat.
They wanted to take me to the Drs. I was like NO! Let's finish the job than I'll clean it out and put a bandaid on it. I did stop and tinder it out and cover it with a paper shop towel until it mostly stopped bleeding.

Wolfe spider. Mechanical bite only. You get to live another day. One got my 8 year old boy last year and drew blood. He lost it and stomped that thing into a mushy puddle!

I got bit by a recluse on my jaw a few years ago. It slowly started swelling, and then on day 3...the entire left side of my face was swollen and I couldn't open my eye. Drove myself to the hospital with 1 eye open (during a flood might I add). They had to cut into it and drain it, and then I was on meds for 2 weeks BUT I'M ALIVE! You'll be fine, just keep an eye on it! Good luck, things hurt like H-E-double hockey sticks.
