All of my coyote sets except for two are on the road, too. But I'm the only one out here.
The two sets that aren't are on opposite ends of a trail that crosses a field. The sets are about 30 yards from the brush.

I imagine trailing a drag is pretty dang exciting waiting to see who is pulling it
That's what keeps me going. Seeing that set blown an drag marks in the dirt wondering what it may be!

Don't let Eric fool you that's a pic of his garden, that country is really barren.
That last set pic you posted would be a good one to see what the coyotes have to say about your sets, by their tracks. Studying tracks is what got us to going minimal with our scents, coyotes would come within 20 - 30 yds then after time would go by they would slowly work their way in, then after several weeks we'd make a catch or two.

Oops my bad! I thought that was one of your steps Brutekiller, didn't realize it was in Eric's backyard.

A double. Caught the female about 50 yards away on another dirt hole.

It was a drag chain that I tied off to a Mesquite tree no drag attached solid tie off. I also tied off the Trap that caught the female. It has a drag on it but I ran the chain through the brush guard on the top of the drag.

That’s the way to stay after them!

Congrats on a nice double Martin!

I think that jaw was exposed by Kick Back, not a dig out.

Well, so much for keeping cattle out of a set. Clearly it is not the case here.
