How do you get a stripped allen head bolt loose

Have an Allen head bold that the head is stripped, wrench keeps slipping.

I've used liquid wrench trying to break it. All I've managed to do is waller the head out more.

get the nearest size bigger metric allen wrench and tap in. May provide enough grip to break loose.

I have had some luck getting using torx bits to grip when a Allen screw starts rounding

If you have a torx, find one that you can lightly tap in for a snug fit and try that. Depending on what the screw is on, a punch and hammer may help loosen it. I use an air hammer a lot with a small punch point to get buggered screws out of car parts, etc

If it has a shoulder you can grind two sides flat and use pliers or crescent wrench to get it. Bolt extractors work too but in my limited use they are a pain.

Use a flat head screw driver. Tap it in.

Cut a slot in it with a Dremel tool and use a slot head screw driver.

                          That's what I usually do.

Small chisel and hammer, works the fastest for me.

Take a drill bit that fits inside the head you have stripped out and slowly drill the head until it pops off the bolt shank. Once the head is off you can back out with your hand or vice grips. This is usually the route I go.
