Easy, I just put him in my shirt pocket. Released him back here at the house, he's doing just fine. Once someone learns to identify snakes they loose their fear of all snakes. Its the only way to overcome the programming your parents gave you when you were 2yrs old.

Exactly. I first moved to Texas, I learned real quick how to identify. Still don't enjoy them being near me, but I can handle a good snake that eats the mice and other critters that are far more destructive.

Yep, I was making some oval rattlesnake belt buckles. Had a pile of them on the front porch scraping the dry scales off. Phone rang and when I came back out the door the pile of buckles spooked and I sprained my ankle.
