Had a great hunt today. Saw lots of animals. My buddy mike shot a nice impala. His first bow kill! I shot a monkey and a huge warthog. Couldn't find the warthog, dadgumit. Saw zebra, buffalo, impala, warthogs, wildebeest, kudu, eland, frankin grouse, blesbok. Don't get no better than this!

(I dunno hat changed, but I can't post pix for some reason)

Well gang, Ol' Snake-bit Dan-O reports that huntin' is slow, but accommodations are pretty swank!! Said he's gonna break out the ol' smoke-pole! Y'all take a look at the dang monkey he shot!! I don't know how he hit it without cuttin' it in two!! That's got to be the skinniest monkey I ever did see!!
Anyway, here are the pics so far. Dan can fill in more details...

Thanks for posting pix, Mr C!

Having a great time. Seeing alot of different animals wed never have the chance to see at home. I think we are here too early in the season. Too green and wet. Animals don't need to come to water holes. Too thick to spot and stalk. Don't get me wrong, we've had animals come to water, just not the right ones. It'll happen!

No, actually we gave our broadhead to our outfitter when he was here in march. He too them home as he was traveling thru Atlanta. Didn't want to take the chance.
