    Attn BBQ Doers; BBQ Pic Throwdown II is now UNDERWAY!

    Well, it’s been a year already. Let’s do this again! Same rules as last year ladies and gentlemen, with the exception of adding in Beef Ribs and Steak this time around!

    With this being the off season for hunting and the start to a summer filled full of BBQ smoke and hot meat, I figured a little BBQ Picture Throwdown would be fun!

    RULES:

    1 - Contestants are limited to 3 pictures - Anyone who submits more than 3 pictures will be disqualified
    2 - Pictures MUST be of Brisket, Pork Ribs (spare or baby backs), Beef Ribs, Steak, OR Chicken
    3 - A white business card with the phrase "TBH BBQ Pic Throwdown" written on it MUST be in the picture and in plain sight. (If you can't find a business card with a blank backside, just use a piece of paper the same size as a business card.
    4 - Must be cooked on a BBQ Pit, Pellet smoker, Electric Smoker, or any type of Grill. NO KITCHEN COOKED FOOD!

    Smart and I will be deciding the winner. All entries by each contestant will be considered when choosing a winner. The winner will get 1 – 1lb Bag of Elk Creek Cajun Stinger 1 - 1lb Bag Elk Creek Beef Shake - and 1 - 1lb bag of Chupacabra Brisket Magic Seasoning, all provided by myself. Contest will end at 5:00 on Sunday July 9th and the winner will be posted on Monday July 10th at Noon! Good Luck!!!

    This gives me a reason to fire up the smoker just to add some pics and cooks for some hunt events. I guess the chunks are going to have to wait.....

              The 3 pictures is for one category of meat right?

              If we wanted to do Brisket, Steak and ribs we could submit 9 photos?
