Anyone been to the Corley Ranch?

Not much info searching it on here. Has anyone hunted it? I have a hunt booked next weekend for Red Deer and Hogs. If anyone has experience with this place I'd love to hear from you. Any info or advice is appreciated.

ive never hunted there but I know Jay Corley. He is a hard working fella. He will treat you right.

I've texted and talked with Jay. He's seems like a good guy. He sent me trail cam pics last night that got me ready for this week to end! Bumping this up one more time hoping someone has been there and can offer advice. Thanks.
