Our barndo build starts tomorrow. I have been heading towards for almost a year and a half. I am having the slab and metal building done and will do most of the rest myself.

The equipment and concrete form material start arriving tomorrow.

    This is our starting point

Awesome - looking forward to following along. We started not too long ago on a 40x66 barn but weather/holidays have been slowing it down. Is this the only plan you have for the job? It's lacking some dimensions to locate underground plumbing/electric.

I like the floor plan and plan on starting one soon. What is the eave height and approximate cost for the building without the build out? Are the outside foundation areas covered?

14' eve at the house, the shop floor drops 15", giving it a 15'3" eve. The lot slopes enough that I had to lower the shop floor enough to be able to get in and out of it.

It gives us 2000 ft house and 1040 ft shop. Not shown is the man cave that will be above part of the shop. man cave will be approx 280 ft
