I've heard really good things about Hank Shaw's Buck, Buck, Moose, but my personal hesitance is that his recipes often require rare ingredients and can be a bit time consuming.
Jeremiah from http://fromfieldtoplate.com/ doesn't have a cookbook yet (that I know of) but he also has some good, doable recipes on his website.
Would love to hear of any other books too.
