    Raptor design flaw

I'm not an engineer, however hanging the shocks an extra 4-5" lower than the axle does not help ground clearance. Nor does it increase wheel travel.
Any thoughts ? For 70k I want some thought put into design. lol

Jeep runs the same setup on the rear of the Wranglers. Unless you want shock towers sticking through your bed, that is the only way to get longer travel shocks under there.

Have been riding around 3000 acres outside bracketville in one just like it chasing turkeys. Smooth as silk. It's like a ranger with WiFi and A.C.

And I'm not a ford guy

Ya but they would still work better tucked up into the wheel well instead of stuck underneath to get creamed by rocks or drug through mud

To get length of travel the mount has to go somewhere in a “neutral “ position. I promise it’s been “engineered” ..... unlike the DEF tank on a GM that hangs below the running boards

Yeah... that’s how most everything is. You need room for a compressed shock that fits under the bed. Without a bed cage... how else are you going to do it? Tundras are the same way.

I’m sure there is plenty of thought put into the design lmao

You don't understand all you don't know about this.

That's just how it has to be.
