There is a place near Whitewright, Tx that does quail hunts. Have a friend that has been a couple times and he said it is great. Also saw some helicopter hunts advertised but that was pretty expensive.

I'll second this. I've shot sporting clays there on a corporate invitation and it's a really nice place.

They have different hunting lodges and some lakes they say are full of Florida strain bass. Exotic hunts, etc., are available.

I didn't stay the night but I'd like to go back and do so.

It's worth checking on.

We invited my Dad to mine and my 2 younger brother’s events. Years later he said how much he appreciated it.

bummer. they do allow crossbows as well. maybe a trip out to Timberlake ranch? Travis is a sight sponsor and he has an absolutely awesome place. They allow gun hunting and bow hunting.
