    morton tender quick?

    anyone know what the shelf life is? there is no date on the bag and there web site was no help. the bag I have is about a year old. thanks

    Lasts a loooong time. Really doesn't expire. The curing agent in it (nitrate/nitrite) doesn't expire. Tender quick has salt and sugar in it but with the cure (nitrate) integrated I can't imagine it'd be any different.
