    What kind of plug is this?

    Looking for the name for this plug so I can get some type of adapter.

      Looks like that is the adapter for a universal plug that is sold with different plugs for overseas electrical outlets.

                      So your belt grinder motor, may or may not survive....

                        look at the tag on the grinder, it probably needs 220

                            Yes it does. It is a 220 motor.

                            Its a Fein brand sold in the US I am surprised it has that plug.

                              Europe is 50Hz. We are 60Hz. It could damage the motor. The data plate should tell you what the cycles are.
