    Very nice!

    Your ext. paint and prime is about 3500 too high.

    If you choose foam insulation your about 1300 low.

                  Very nice, you'll enjoy it.

                  I built mine which is similar but without the dormers from the ground up back in 2004. I used Hardie panels on the outside and Smart siding on the interior. It has all the comforts of home and makes a great weekend/hunting place to stay.

                            Looking great - keep us updated. On staining treated lumber we let it dry out a year then apply. Allows for the stain to penetrate better. Agree with the GC that the green lumber "needs to breathe" but after a year you are good to go. The Texas sun is a lot more intense than ours so you will definitely want to protect it down the road.
