My ‘17 F-250 has been deleted 30,000 miles and I’m running the PPEI tunes as well. Drove to Vegas and back in December and averaged 18.5 mpg so it definitely helped mileage a good bit.

If you have any worries at all I would follow up with someone. Lyme can be dormant for a long time and then flare up and turn your life upside down. It sounds like you got lucky and caught it early....
