What rifle are you shooting, optic are your shooting? I can tell you that Hornady brass is horribly inconsistent. I would suggest setting “flyer” brass to the side. Keep your accurate brass together....

Nosler is notorious for making batches of brass. When it’s gone, you’ll be waiting awhile. I’d be very hesitant to build or buy any of the Nosler rounds. I had same issue with Nosler 300 RUM brass.

X2 on this. I use a Dremel to shorten by grinding or a cutting wheel. Run a nut on screw before filing. As Paul said, it will clean up threads after.
